INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and purchase of products (including stickers, MDF panels, and
shelves) through cutberry.design (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these
terms.
ORDERS AND CONTRACT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract between you and cutberry.design is only
formed when we dispatch your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are as displayed on our website and are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our approved payment methods.
DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of
loss and damage passes to you upon delivery of the products.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER GOODS
Important: Many of our products, including specific MDF panels and custom stickers, are made to your
specifications or clearly personalised. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, these items are
exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel. Once production has started, orders for custom goods
cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are faulty.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS (STANDARD ITEMS)
For non-customised products, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. You must
return the items in their original condition at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us
receiving the returned goods.
FAULTY GOODS
If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at arnold@cutberry.design. Your rights are
protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, as screens vary, we cannot
guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product, especially with
natural MDF materials.
LIABILITY
Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the
purchase price of the product you purchased.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes.
